About Call 4  Music

Call4Music componeert en produceert muziek op maat voor TV programma’s, Commercials en Artiesten en verleent consultancy op het gebied van muziek exploitatie.

Guido Heeneman is oprichter en eigenaar van Call4Music. Muziek is zijn passie. Van kinds af aan drumt en zingt hij en speelt hij piano. Ook is hij zeer actief in verschillende bands en muzikale projecten. Zijn liefde voor muziek brengt hem op zijn achttiende naar Cambridge (UK), waar hij aan het conservatorium gaat studeren. Zijn hoofdvakken zijn dan piano en moderne compositieleer.

Terug in Nederland start Guido met een studie rechten in Leiden. Hij studeert af op auteursrecht, waarvoor hij ook enkele vakkan aan de Harvard University (USA) afrondt. Met zijn diploma op zak verenigt hij zijn twee talenten door te werken voor Buma Stemra, en later Cedar, op het gebied van muziekrechten. Daarna maakt hij de overstap naar televisieproducent Endemol. Als Head of Music is hij verantwoordelijk voor exploitatie van muziek onder televisieprogramma’s en betrokken bij de internationale strategie van de Endemol groep. Tegelijkertijd start Guido verschillende eigen muzikale projecten. Samen met een vriend begint hij het duo Sophy, waarmee hij optreedt en demo’s opneemt met Nando Eweg (producer van o.a. Van Velzen en Direct) en John Ewbank (producer & songwriter van o.a. Marco Borsato). Hij neemt deel aan het Dutch Writers Camp, waar hij een week lang fulltime liedjes schrijft met gerenommeerde Amerikaanse en Engelse songwriters.

Inmiddels heeft hij met Call4Music vele succesvolle projecten op zijn naam staan, zoals Jinek, GTST, NTI, Love is in the Air, Bols, Hollands Next Topmodel en Krabbé Zoekt Picasso, voor deze laatste ontving hij een Buma Award. Guido werkt nu fulltime voor Call4Music.
